(*) MEMBERS refer to any member of RSEQ, (Spanish Royal Society of Chemistry), the RSEF (Spanish Royal Society of Physics), Groups Specializing in Didactics, Solid State Physics, Calorimetry and Thermal Analysis or Crystallography as well as the SPQ (Portuguese Society of Chemistry).

To register, please access the platform provided in this section of the website where you must create a user and password and fill in your personal and invoicing details.
Students must justify their condition by uploading the supporting document to the platform (download template).
The grant application procedure is described in the GRANTS section.
Once your registration has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email at the electronic email address. Once registered, you will be able to access the registration platform whenever you want so as to modify or correct your details, pay for your registration or send an Abstract in the Abstract submission platform.
No reservations by phone will be accepted.
Registration must be carried out using the ONLINE form through this registration section.
The payment of 100% of the requested services is required in order to receive the confirmation.
Payment must be in Euros.
If you need an invoice before making the payment, please write to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send it to your email address. The invoice will be for the total amount of the payment.
You can pay with credit card or by bank transfer and change the payment method easily by accessing your user area.
In the case of bank transfers, please don’t forget to state the NAME + SURNAME of the attendee as well as the conference ID when making the payment (for example: "John Smith, RSEQ Inscripción Bienal RSEQ ").
If you are awarded a partial registration grant, please state the acronym of the grant awarded in the transfer.
The registration will not be completed until we receive the payment. You MUST send a copy of your PAYMENT RECEIPT to email@example.com
Once the payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation as well as the registration invoice at your email address.
All cancellations or changes of name must be sent in writing to the Technical Secretariat firstname.lastname@example.org
