The Abstracts of the works to be presented will be sent exclusively using the ONLINE form through this COMMUNICATIONS section.
Use the user and password generated during your registration to send the Abstracts.
The deadline to send Abstracts is February 10, 2019. Up to that date, authors may make corrections and revisions to the document. From that date on, no modifications will be admitted unless they are requested by organizers.
The Abstracts must be written in English or Spanish, using the downloadable template (download template).
The maximum extension of the Abstract will be one page A4 and the style and writing instructions which appear in the template must be followed.
Only one Abstract per registration will be admitted, except those who register for Symposium 9 (S9: Teaching, History and Dissemination of Chemistry), who can send a second Abstract to another Symposium.
Once you have prepared the abstract in accordance with the template provided, save the document in PDF format under a name starting with the number of the Symposium (S1, S2,S3…) followed by the surname and name of the registered author and the type of contribution (Plenary, Invited, Oral, Flash or Poster).
Once you have sent your Abstract in PDF format you will receive a confirmation email.
After the Abstracts submission deadline in February 10, and once the coordinators of each symposium have assessed them, the acceptance, rejection or, when appropriate, any reassessment as Oral/Flash/Poster, will be communicated to the authors by email, before February 24, 2019.
The organization will send an email with your contribution’s schedule once the official programme has been prepared.
